Hi how are you? I am Pily, today
we’re gonna make some cloud biscuits
they are very tasty, they are soft, they aren’t crispy and they’re made with
chocolate, you can add vanilla or almond extract
So don’t move and let’s watch how these chocolate cloud biscuits are made.
Let’s start!
we will start by finely chopping the
dark chocolate; I’m using
85% cacao
Use a hand mixer to beat egg whites,
at room temperature
& cream of tartar
mixing for about 5 minutes, until soft peaks form.
immediately add the cocoa powder straining it,
the chopped chocolate, powder sweetener
into the egg white mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Drop a large spoonful of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet to form 10 biscuits.
Bake 20-25 mins. or until the biscuits have hardened on the outside.

They are soft, they aren’t crispy they are
similar to a meringue would be
obviously they taste like chocolate, I suggest you to have them with a coffee or tea
because these cookies are a bit dry,
due to the egg white, these biscuits

you know I love chocolate, don’t add on
baking powder, because they are going to be flat only add cream of tartar,
you can find it in the supermarkets; baking, gluten free or spices area
the cream of tartar, as I have already told you on other videos
it’s a stabilize for the egg whites, so they don’t get flat
if you don’t get the cream of tartar, you can replace it with
1/2 tsp of baking soda + 1/2 lemon juice
