we’re gonna make some cloud biscuits they are very tasty, they are soft, they aren’t crispy and they’re made with chocolate, you can add vanilla or almond extract So don’t move and let’s watch how these chocolate cloud biscuits are made. Let’s start!
we will start by finely chopping the dark chocolate; I’m using
85% cacao Use a hand mixer to beat egg whites, at room temperature & cream of tartar mixing for about 5 minutes, until soft peaks form. immediately add the cocoa powder straining it, the chopped chocolate, powder sweetener into the egg white mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Drop a large spoonful of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet to form 10 biscuits. Bake 20-25 mins. or until the biscuits have hardened on the outside. that biscuits are hard on the outside,
