I’m Pily for those are new in my channel Welcome! Today we’re gonna make this delicious, healthy, super yummy but
also very easy to make: Pumpkin Bread! We continue taking advantage of the
pumpkin season. Pumpkins are very low in carbohydrates and so low in calories as well. This is the bread that we are going to make, it’s very tasty and sweet because the Pumpkin is very sweet, despite that they have very few carbohydrates, also the spices will give it an
Autumnal flavor so stay and let’s see how this delicious Pumpkin Bread!
Let’s start! Firstly, in a bowl mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, and the melted butter. Mix very well until the igredients are integrated. Later, in another container mix the dry ingredients: the coconut flour, the sugar free sweetener, the pumpkin pie spice, turmeric,
the baking soda and baking powder also don’t forget adding a pinch of salt. The next step will be to integrate the
dry ingredients with the wet ones Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients with a spatula then pour batter into a wax paper covered pan or you can coat a bread pan with coconut oil or butter Flatten the mixture Bake it at 180°C – 350°F 35-40 mins. or until you’re able to insert a toothpick into the center without the dough still being wet. Remove bread from pan and place on a cooling rack; cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Now, you can enjoy it, you can
add on some greek yogurt or melted chocolate, or some nuts on top, in any way enjoy it with a tea or coffee!. You will really love this Pumpkin Bread. As you know, I’ve been going to the Gym in recent months, and I’ve noticed that the vast majority people is having a very similar diet style,
some of them are in carbohydrate cycles, others are high in carbohydrates low
