15-minute Butter Chicken Meal Prep / Pollo a la Mantequilla en 15-Minutos


what’s going on guys and welcome back to the fit men cook channel today’s quickie recipe is a quick and easy butter chicken now there are a lot of steps that are taken out from the original recipe but it is just as tasty now if you want to lower the amount of calories in here and you can swap out the coconut cream and use a coconut milk and also if you are trying to make this a little bit more quito friendly then take out the tomatoes and just use a no salt tomato base check it out spray with coconut oil then tossed in raw chicken breasts chunk season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper then we’re gonna cook until the outside is no longer pink add the chicken to a bowl and set it aside using that same skillet we’re going to add ghee garlic red onions and ginger mix it up then let’s give it some real personality add cumin coriander cinnamon and chili powder then toss back in the chicken and a coconut cream and fresh lemon juice stir it up and let it simmer for about five minutes then add tomato chunks mix it up then cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes boom season to taste with sea salt and pepper then garnish with cilantro smash that like button can head over to fit men cook com to get the full recipe and remember to download the fit men cook app for more easy healthy practical meals

    Wheres the butter?!!? Love the channel btw but this has none of the ingredients that make butter chicken the sweet mild creamy buttery dish that we have in the UK. Every restaurant does it differently but for me butter chicken is totally mild and creamy ( and thus unhealthy ) as hell !

    Your meals are always so full of flavor and I always find myself using them because I love lots of flavor myself & using lots of spices or else I'm not interested in wanting to eat the food…which is important when you wanna stay on track with eating healthy. Thanks for the different ideas of seasoning food to actually taste good! 😋🍴

    If I can make a suggestion also add what each serving is when done cooking. I meal prep for a family of 3 so I make 15 servings so it's helpful to know how many cups of butter chicken for a serving of 1.

    recipes are awesome – we really love eating healthy as a family!
