7 Days of Low Carb/ Dirty Keto with a Picky Eater


It’s day 3 of doing Keto and the past couple of days I have just been doing like low-carb options from fast-food
restaurants because I haven’t prepared food or had time to pre…. uh
time to prepare food. I’ve been working going to school doing clinicals so it’s
been a bit hectic for me and I haven’t gone grocery shopping yet so I am
feeling like extra hunger pains and cravings. I just want to eat everything
but I’m not so I I think I need to stay hydrated and I’m planning to take some
electrolytes maybe like a Powerade Zero or taking a multivitamin with magnesium
potassium and calcium. I made the chicken from scratch *lies*

    All fast food meals are sweetened, try to find some time and prep menus for the whole week. If you like burgers, pizza and tacos, there are many of low carb alternatives. There's a girl on YT who lost a lot of weight on 'dirty' keto, look her up. Good luck!
