AVOCADO & CHIA PUDDING | Low Carb Breakfast #1


AVOCADO AND CHIA PUDDING!
This is the first video of the breakfast series we created.
So many delicious things to have in the morning. 🙂
So stay tuned to our channel
to watch the next videos too.
Add in a blender:
1 avocado
1 and 1/2 cups of coconut cream
1/2 cup of water
And half lime or lemon juice.
Blend until you get a nice and smooth mixture.
Turn off the blender and mix in:
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Pour the mixture in a container and refrigerate
overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
Its DONE! 🎉
Garnish it with some coconut flakes before serving.
This recipe is enough for two servings.
But you can double or even triple the recipe to make
extra servings for other days…
or maybe for someone you like. 🙂
