    dear Alia, if you have more time and enthusiastically want to know more about Vietnamese foods. I recommend you to learn other recipes which are in the middle as Hue, Da Nang or Nha Trang and the southern areas of Vietnam like Sai Gon or Can Tho. I promise, they will be more flavors, more freshing, tasty and delicious…….btw, hope you have a nice trip and interesting cooking experience in Vietnam 🙂

    Thank you for this Easy Recipe for Banana Blossoms. The fact I can change out or adjust the ingredients will help me a lot in making this. I cut off the Banana Bud/Flower this morning and knew parts were edible. After many recipes I have looked at this morning, Yours is the easiest to work with, having most all the ingredients on hand.     Well video is unprofessionally made because the subtitles covers the picture. Sometimes cannot see properly. The words could be smaller like in many other u tubes . Pls check it out.
