Banana Pancakes Recipe – Gluten Free – Southern Queen of Vegan Cuisine 35/328

Hey my Sweet Vs, it’s The Sweetest Vegan here. Today for The Southern Queen of Vegan Cuisine Project
we will be making buttermilk pancakes. They are not going to be buttermilk pancakes, the
are going to be gluten free, adaptable pancakes with Bananas and good stuff. Here we go. Banana Pancakes Recipe – Vegan and Gluten Free Breakfast We are going to start this recipe by adding peeled
and chopped bananas to a food processor For this recipe you will need a food processor or a
blender, and if you do not have either, I have other pancake recipes that don’t make you
use a food processor or a blender. We are going to start to blend that up and
then we are going to pour in almond milk. After you have that all smooth and mixed together we
are going to add in our dry ingredients. We have oatmeal, use gluten free oatmeal if you are
gluten free, use regular oatmeal if you are not. Baking powder and salt. Keep blending that all
together until it is well combined. Let it sit for a minute or two and
the batter should come to a pancake consistency. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat
the bottom with vegetable spray or oil. Pour in a quater cup of the batter at a time. When the edges get dry and you start to see bubbles forming
in the middle, it is time to flip it over. It will take about 3 -5 minutes on each side, but I kept my
heat a little low at a medium flame just so they wouldn’t burn. Now these turned out really good. If you do
not like banana, do not make them. I actually love banana, I just don’t like to stick the
entire cylinder oblong shaped object into my mouth, but I actually had to check myself. Like did you
put sugar in these because they are really sweet. That is why you need to use over rip bananas in
all of your baking and cooking because the glycemic index on an over ripe banana is pretty
up there. It was really sweet. Now this was the first one I made and I burned it a little on
the edge. I had my heat up at like medium high heat. So I decided to give the dog and
taste and he loved it too. Hopefully you and your dog will love these pancakes for
