Best Garlic Butter Shrimp | Quick and Easy Recipe!


Hello Everybody! We are going to cook Garlic Butter Shrimp and this is the list of our ingredients… take a look. We are going to use shrimps, butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Before we start cooking, let’s clean the shrimp. Let’s remove its beard, arms, legs, and tail and of course, the snout. We’re not finished yet, let’s also remove its digestive track which is the passageway of what it eats. I use needle and let’s stick into the shrimp’s back to pull out its digestive track out. There you see it, let’s remove and throw it away. There’s a little left, let’s pull it away. So now, this the shrimp that we cleaned. Let’s wash these shrimps and set them aside. Let’s also prepare our garlic, What I do with it is I press my hand it down so hard. until the cloves segregates. Look at it, the cloves are separated so nicely. Let’s peel and press it and then, let’s slice it. Let’s slice it into small pieces for easy sauteing. When you are all ready, let’s start cooking. Over medium low heat, let’s pour oil in the pan and heat it up. Let’s wiggle the pan so the oil will spread out, and then, let’s put in the garlic. Let’s saute it until it becomes light brown… just don’t cook too long so not to get burned. Let’s add the shrimps and saute until shrimps becomes partially pink in color. and then, let’s add the butter. I only use 1/2 cup but you can add as much as 3/4 cup… no problem about it. Let’s continue sauteing until the butter melts. Butter is so easy to get burned and that’s the reason why I didn’t put it before adding the shrimps. and besides, the butter is meant to add flavor to the shrimps. The ingredients that we used were so simple and they are so easy to cook. But simple and easy doesn’t mean that what we are cooking is not delicious. This simple combination of garlic and butter really makes the dish flavorful, which is so okay. which only took about 3-5 minutes of cooking, When the shrimps are already cooked, then we’ll now add the salt and pepper to season. Just make sure that you don’t overcook the shrimp. Otherwise, the meat texture will become rubbery. Afterwhich, we’ll mix it to blend the seasonings with the shrimps. And then, let’s prepare the parsley. Le’t pick up some of the parsley and garnish it to what we are cooking. and then, mix it together. And afterwhich, it’s now ready to be transferred to a serving plate. This is now our Garlic Butter Shrimp!
