So we are thinking of a quickie;) Alright for the marinade throw some olive oil Squeeze some fresh lemon juice to it add salt as per your taste a little bit of black Pepper Powder some Cayenne pepper powder cumin Powder pinch of Garam Masala onion powder And a pinch of nutmeg throw some freshly grated ginger and garlic Give it a good mix let this form a smooth nice hot rub now throw the calamari and massage the lovelies with the rub you prepared. Give it real good mix and This is exactly what we wanted Now place the marinated calamari on to your ovens grilling tray. Make sure you spray the tray with some oil before doing so Now grill the calamari in the oven at 200 degree Celsius for 20 to 23 minutes Meanwhile we are going to saute some freshly chopped garlic in olive oil Yes, we are gonna need this garlic for Aioli sauce Let them saute it for two to three minutes until they’re Golden brown That’s exactly what we need. For the aioli sauce, add a teaspoon of Dijon Mustar,d one egg a teaspoon of Apple Cider vinegar Some freshly squeezed lemon juice olive oil. I’m using light olive oil Salt to taste and some black pepper powder. Let’s blend it all together That’s our mayonnaise Now throw the roasted garlic and blend it once again for the last time We are all set Now this is exactly after 23 minutes our spice coated calamari is all done Now I like to throw coriander on most of my foods if you like do it, if you don’t like no worries
