Here i am going to make a salad with broccoli. Broccoli contains lot of vitamins ,minerals and it is a antioxidant. Let’s see how to prepare this salad. Separate broccoli florets and cut them into small pieces. Steam the broccoli for 3 mins Heat 5-6 garlic cloves in olive oil for 1
minute. Almonds-5,Raisins -1/4 cup ,Flax Seed-1 tbsp Crush almond and flax seed to small pieces In a bowl add the steamed broccoli 1 chopped onion Garlic flavored Olive oil Pepper Powder-1 tspn Almond,flax seed and raisins Juice of one lime and Salt Mix all ingredients really well , Broccoli Salad is ready to serve.
