Carnivore Diet Meat Haul! Prepping for carnivore month + Slow cooked Turkey Wings

we’ve just been to the butchers in Leeds and we’ve done our first shop for the carnivore diet that we’re trying out for the month of February . so first off we have some bacon , okay so this is the bacon this is ten passes or some sausages for the children they like sausages , some oxtail to cook, ox liver and this is a brisket beef brisket and this is pork shoulder got a lot of pork shoulders got some turkey wings three turkey wings no these are the turkey wings over here and these are the turkey tails I never actually tried this before so I’m quite excited about trying these and then we’ve got some beef liver right here and also got some ox not so this is obviously versed and this is ox kidney so what I’m gonna do now is I’m going to pack away the bits that needs to be frozen and I’ll get some ready for a carnivore diet month okay so I’m getting the oxtail straight away into the instant pot so this is brought from a previous batch of oxtail that I had slow-cooked and so I’m just using the same growth and I’m just gonna put those in and I’ll slow cook them on low for 12 hours and that would be tomorrow’s meal the turkey wings are going straight into our secondary slow-cooker this is a slow-cooker that we had before we got the instant port so we’re gonna slow cook these turkey wings for about 12 hours or so and this will be a good snack to eat during carnivore my he is the turkey with scrambled eggs it was absolutely delicious fantastic stuff and also here’s a picture of the oxtail that I had thanks for watching please like and subscribe.

    So you eat you only protein and fat for the entire months and then you switch a diet?
