Chinese Hot Mustard Sauce – Low Carb Keto Egg Roll Dipping Sauce │ Saucy Sunday

Welcome all. Papa G here. today is Saucy
Sunday. It’s where we focus primarily on low carb recipes for sauces, condiments,
and dressings. Most of the videos will be short and to the point. Just something to
help add a little flavor to your low carb diet. Let’s get started. For this
week’s episode I present my very easy to make, Chinese hot mustard sauce. I wanted
to make this to help complement my next recipe –
low carb egg rolls. Look for that recipe very soon. Begin by adding some dry
mustard powder to a bowl. I think you get a better flavor with Colman’s, but any
brand should work fine. Add a little salt; some warm water; rice vinegar; and a
little peanut oil. Mix with a whisk until the sauce is creamy and smooth. This
recipe is so easy to make, you can make it as you need it. There you have it
folks! my Chinese Hot Mustard sauce. A very easy
to make, traditional Chinese recipe. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did,

    I've have only recently found this channel. I hate lo-carb. I could live on saltine crackers and bread. The doctor said the inflammation is killing me (or at the very least making me miserable). So I been reading books, visiting websites and watching videos. Just as I suspected…😝!!!! But then I came across the green bean artichoke casserole. Tried it. Ok, that was delicious. So I went to the Papa G channel and to try a hard recipe. Mushroom and oyster dressing. Was it as good as my Thanksgiving oyster dressing? No. But it was a dang good substitute! Maybe I can do this after all with a little help from you, Papa G ❤️
