Creamy Cheesy Spinach | Side Dish | Caveman Keto

Today on Caveman Keto Recipes I’m going to show you how to make Creamy Cheesy Spinach Start with 255g of frozen spinach get 60 grams of cream cheese and 60 grams of Cheddar cheese the first thing is to microwave the frozen spinach I just put it on the frozen vegetable setting of the microwave After you microwave it, be very careful because it will be very hot One tip I like to do is I’ll take a bowl and I’ll push down on the spinach and I’ll drain the liquid out so this will make a better Creamy Cheesy Spinach because you’ll get rid of a lot of the excess moisture So as you can see, there is an incredible amount of moisture we’ve removed from the mixture now, first we add the cream cheese then we mix that up once the cream cheese is fully incorporated, we add 60 grams of cheddar cheese Mix that around As you can see we still have a few particles of cheddar so I’m going to microwave one more time After one last microwaving we now have a perfectly mixed Creamy Cheese Spinach And that’s it! Have fun!!

Do you think it would be just as good in the oven? for whatever reason I hate microwaving, my mom would just tell me constantly how it cooks out all the nutrients worse than an oven (idk if it's true or not!)
