    I use the free daily dozen app & it's so good! I thought it'd be easy to get 24/24 every day but my average is only 21/24!! Not so easy, my friends… touché Dr. Greger 🙂

    I made the unintentional mistake of temporarily uninstalling my most beloved Daily Dozen app so that one of my kids could download some little games on a long round trip car journey. When we got home and I tried to reinstall the DD, ALL I got~ and keep getting~ is the same fail and error message. Tried all remedies with no success. I am heartbroken💔

    I downloaded the app a little bit back and I have yet to meet this amount. I think I won't do the challenge because I know I can't do it yet but I am working my way up to it. It is hard when you don't follow a daily schedule or eat at a certain time and you have two people struggling with different things

    My sister and I screen-shot our completed daily dozen app screen each day, and send it along with a quick text, keeping each other accountable. So far we have learned a ton about what we actually consume daily, and why. We make small goals each week based on what we need to improve most. This has been the single most effective way for me to consistently follow, and help my family to follow a plant based, whole food lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Gregor!

    One thing I like about the daily dozen is that it shows that you don't have to starve to be healthy. If anything, it is almost hard to eat all that in a day, so much food! Still… to really impress me… I'd like to see the "eating the daily dozen while still eating out at least once a day".

    I discovered you late in 2016, I started reading your book and began to implement it, i was doing great lost a ton of weight but in September my life changed suddenly and so as my eating habits because of where I lived that Can’t cook on that place also the stressed and anxiety unfortunately, now I can cook again but I’m still eating junk now, it’s more difficult to get back on track, any advice on how I can get my healthy eating habits back? Thanks.

    I have a question concerning this daily dozen. Are the required portions a maximum, or a minimum? Like, do I need to eat at least one portion of berries a day, or one portion of berries a day and no more ?

    Same with grains, and legumes, etc. Is it a minimum, or do I need to get those precise portions? Thanks!

    I am challenging my face book group, Vegan Weight Loss over fifty, and my facebook group, Wacky Jacks Million Step challenge ( which is not a vegan group, so wish me luck….lo…) anyway hoping to start it as a thirty day challenge beginning October 21 through November 24. Lets see how it goes. They are both very tiny groups, but if this can help them, I am all for it.
