    Following as per your intermittent fasting guide , I lost 3 kg from 69 to 66 in 1.5 months.
    I am stuck with 66 for 2 weeks. I do workout and walking daily. It’s not reducing. Please help

    8am: 300ml seeragam water
    9.30am: 2 idly and coconut chutney
    1.30pm: Little rice with more spinach and dhal
    4.30pm: 1 pomegranate
    6pm to 7pm: Walking
    9pm: 1 Cucumber
    Drank 4litre water whole day

    Better for Keto diet and weight loss. I don't like to take bullet proof coffee in earlier days because of the tast, after that my friend told me to add 2 or 3 cardomon pods for better taste. now I am taking two bullet proff coffee per day.
