    Keto was not called Atkins back in the day, they are 2 different diets. I also did Atkins and I did not do well for health reasons. I thrive on keto and am doing better than ever.

    I'm on keto diet (fluctuating between Gundry and Bulletproof diet) since March. My main diet is vegetables, Seafood (Salmon, shrimps, mussels), nuts, super food like sprirulina, chlorella, maca. I eat every now and then carbs in form of sweet potatoes or rice. I lost good amount of weight in the beginning but now am in plateau phase for almost 3 months. So I added weight resistant training to build muscles for burning fat. Still very hard to lose the stubborn fat. My period stopped also (it's been 5 months). Taking loads of supplements such as turmeric extracts, coenzyme Q10, MSM, vitamin D, magnesium, B-complex. Also L-theanine and L-tyrosine as mood enhancers. I feel though mentally and physically great. Greater than I ever was. I am not even craving anymore the junk dead food I used to crave like pasta, burgers, pizzas, etc. But still not losing weight. Why is that? I am still overweight with BMI 25

    Dave I like you my man and I watch and like every video you upload but I really think something you did had an effect on your skin, I was watching a video of yours making a Bulletproof coffee in this channel from 4 years ago and it's like you have aged 10 years, you looked more muscular back then with less wrinkles and less grey hair. You looked more buff also. You sound very sharp and intelligent in your podcasts so it maybe only affected your skin but if you work out if you did something wrong or if you did something you shouldn't have done, I would appreciate it very much if you told us because when you go out and say publicly you tried something, I also go and try that if I can afford it, so I would like to be in the loop.
