– One of the biggest misconceptions about a high-fat nutrition plan is that it’s linked to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease. But this couldn’t be
further from the truth. Lemme ask you, is everyone who follows a low fat diet free from heart disease
and high blood pressure? No, of course not. This is one of the biggest
lies of the food industry, that they tell you to keep us
addicted to sugar and junk. You can learn more about this

show, that high fat diet regulates hormones, insulin levels, blood pressure and cholesterol. Further preventing the onset
of heart disease and diabetes. The common misconception is
that you will lay down plaque if you eat a lot of bacon, for example, or a high fat diet – avocados,
coconut oil, macadamia nuts. And that’s simply not true. There’s inflammation in your arteries and then you start laying down plaque. So the worst thing you can do is to take the fat out of the diet. The best thing to do is get off the sugar, reduce the inflammation, and those arteries are
gonna be free flowing. What does happen, when you first get on a
high fat diet like Code Red, is you’ll notice initially
your cholesterol will go up. And that’s Okay, it’s just temporary, it will come back down. And the reason for that
is as you lose body fat, the body releases your stored
fat into the bloodstream. And because fat does not get digested, it gets emulsified, it’s gonna float around in
your bloodstream for a while. So if you get tested right then, it’s gonna show that you have
more fat in your bloodstream, but don’t worry, that’s just
your body getting rid of it. It will take a little bit of time, but your body will get rid of that fat, that’s floating around
in your bloodstream, making it look like you have
high cholesterol but you don’t; and then your cholesterol numbers are gonna come back down in time. So don’t worry, it is temporary. What actually leads to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease? Junk processed food, excess weight. If it takes a lab to make it,
it takes a lab to digest it. Look, you can’t eat crap, chemical-laden junk food, sugar, processed food crap, and expect your body to
know what to do with it. It doesn’t know what to do with it. Your liver gets that kind of crap, cause everything passes through the liver, and what happens? The liver’s like a customs agent, it has to put it somewhere, it’s gonna store it as fat, visceral fat, until it figures out what to do with it. That’s a great way to get
yourself very, very sick. So stop thinking that a high fat diet is gonna cause you to have heart disease, or high cholesterol, or get fat. It is absolutely the opposite. We have data and research to prove this. The bottom line is, if
you are eating real food, drinking enough water, and getting adequate sleep, your body will work the
way it needs to work. It will balance your blood
pressure, cholesterol, insulin levels, hormones; because you’re not feeding
it junk or foreign foods that it doesn’t know how to digest. The high fat diet is not to blame. But if you want to keep
