Easy George Foreman Grill Recipes : Cooking Pork Fillets On The George Foreman Grill Recipes

My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert
Village. Today I’m going to show you how to use a George Foreman Grill to make stuff besides
grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs. Alright here we are we got our piece of pork here,
I’ll take my brush and obviously when handling different kinds of food you want to make sure
you wash all your implements very, very well in between. So you won’t get cross contaminating
using different plates and things to that nature. If you use your hands to handle it,
wash your hands, if you use tongs wash the tongs. Just once again just a little salt
and pepper here and, grab my tongs, open it up, same as last time we’re going to put this
right on the grill. Close this, pork it really kind of depends so we are going to give this
say, probably 3-4 minutes, we’ll come back and check on it, it’s a pretty thin piece.
But I’ll be back in 3-4 minutes and I’ll show you what it looks like. So it’s been about
3 1/2 minutes I’m going to open this up, this is what we have here is a very, very nicely
grilled piece of pork, nice grill marks. You’ll also notice there in the drip pan, that we
have a whole lot of fat, obviously some of that is juices but still we kind of got a
lot of the fat out of it. It looks like a really excellent piece of pork obviously something
like with pork medium well is pretty how you want to go. You can eat it medium if you really
want to but I wouldn’t go well done, you can loose out on some of texture of the meat.
So the next thing I want to show you is actually how to cook vegetables and we’ll start with

ugh, its not done. You didn't even add salt and pepper to the other side too. You going to make someone sick with food poison.

why doesn't he just smear some olive oil on the chops with his fingers and then wash his hands. much simpler than that bowl and brush setup he's got going.
