I’m really going to start my proper diet today! This is my first protein bar. It was sweet and delicious. I ate konyak dumplings and konyak Spicy ramen for lunch. The dumplings were delicious but the ramen was over-priced for its quantity. After lunch, I ate snacks at the broadcasting room. The ice cream bought by my boss! 5:30AM, I’m on my way to the early morning exercise This year, we have not had such a proper suii no now that even a small pile of snow suprises me. Bike for an hour and prepare breakfast. Hi guys~ I’m back to my original state again. In the past few weeks, I’ve been uploading natural plant videos, but this week I’m uploading a general food video. As my menstrual period approached last week, I continued to binge eat. Then I started to realize and became afraid that overrestricting the foods that I ate led to more binge eating. So I decided to change my diet this week. As a result, I decided not to limit my food too much, but to start intermittent fasting that would limit my eating time instead. Since my menstrual period is over, I’m going to continue the intermittent fasting along with the natural plant diet, starting from this week! I did intermittent fasting last week and lost weight very quickly without feeling stressed out. So, for the time being, I am going to combine natural plant foods with the morning intermittent fasting, which allows eating from 8 am to 3 pm. I wondered if I lost weight even when I eat high-calorie foods. Surprisingly, I lost weight. But by day 4, I wanted to eat natural plant foods. So, in this video, I ate only the food that I want to eat, but next week, I will have natural plants for one meal. Wouldn’t it be more effective to combine intermittent fasting with natural plant diet? This ice cream is 310kcal and it’s really good. It’s not sponsored. It was mocha protein bread and it went really well with coffee and ice cream. It’s the perfect combination! Lunch is dumplings + ramen noodles + boiled eggs. Preparing to eat in earnest! It was cheaper and had more quantity than ramen I ate yesterday. Boiled eggs and hot sauce are the best. Eat snacks, I also had a Dutch coffee latte brought by a colleague. The way to the early morning workout is always great^^ I really want to eat yogurt when I did natural plant diet. It’s black sesame, and it’s really good. Yogurt should be eaten with scones! Add some nuts as well. Chicken legs I bought last week when I binge ate! I ate sparkling water in the replacement of coke. I started the day with chicken. Breakfast meat is really delicious. Having meat starting from the morning is a great way to start the day! Actually I didn’t have coke so I ate it with sparkling water instead and it went well together! I’m sorry. You were delicious. Do you know that the tendon near the bone is the best part of all? Commitment not to miss any single part of it. It was delicious at a reasonable price. I’ll have dessert now. Have you ever heard that you are fat when you eat food while watching dramas or movies? Even though eating while watching (like Netflix) is not advised for it could lead to binge eating or improper chewing as you get distracted, I cannot give up the joy of my life just to lose additional 0.5 lbs. This is sweet and delicious. I ate it all. Too much for breakfast so for lunch, just 670kcal cookies and 470kcal bread. Have you tried this bread before? It’s the perfect snack for someone like me who loves snack. This snack was not delicious. I have afternoon shift at work from 2-10pm today. Costco salmon salad. Vegetarian Ramen kimchi! I really liked the texture. Let’s eat dessert! Paris baguette ice cream macaroons! I can’t go to sleep when I drink coffee these days. So I bought the decaffeinated one instead. I had it with a snack in the studio. Coke for digestion? Do you know what this is? Grape! It’s a seedless grape and it’s really good. Juicy and sweet. It feels like it is a natural plant vlog because I am filming this on the same background. I ate a regular meal for three consecutive days so I wanted to eat a natural meal. Are you all confused because I suddenly uploaded a regular diet video? Starting next week, I will have a natural plant meal once a day. The menstrual period is over, and the intermittent fasting effect is good, but I’m going to eat a natural meal once a day for my health. I checked all the comments I received in the last video.
