Fasting For Weight Loss

Hi I’m Jaz in this video I’ll be
revealing the secret on how you can lose
weight by fasting naturally I’ll be
giving you a step-by-step guide on how
you can shift that stubborn fat
so for example let’s say this evening
you have your supper i.e. the last meal of
the day at 6 p.m. after which you don’t
eat again or drink any drink with
calories until the following morning of
course water, black coffee, tea or herbal tea are fine
So in the morning drink plenty of water
first thing the key here is to just wait
until you are properly hungry
let’s say then you break your fast and
eat breakfast at 8 o’clock
that means from 6 p.m. the previous day
to 8 a.m. in the morning you have
naturally fasted for 14 straight hours
and if you delay your breakfast and eat
it at 10 o’clock then you will have
fasted for 16 hours you don’t need to
follow any specific fasting pattern such
as the popular 16 to 8 intermittent
fasting the trick is to build up an
appetite eat until you are full and then
stop this may mean you fast 12 hours
one day and 14 or 16 another and that’s
absolutely fine
it may mean on any day you have your
last meal of the day at 9 o’clock instead of
say 7 or 8 we are all different and each
day our circumstances are different too
so it’s totally unnatural to follow a
fixed pattern don’t clock watch listen
to your body signals telling you when to
eat this natural fasting method if done
most days of the week will help you lose
weight and significantly improve your
body’s ability to rest repair and
recover so why not give it a try today, I
hope you found this video useful please
