good morning y’all so today has been a
day already but I’m alive so thank you
guys
so y’all how are y’all doing oh no have
I shown that lately so rude of me so
yeah how have y’all been what’s been
going on how’s the family like let me

I’m over here just documenting my keto weight loss journey and just showing my
day-by-day life basically I would really

but um yeah y’all so we are about to
start this meditation yeah I’ve been
saying that but we are actually about to
start the meditation now come on here
and talk to y’all once again the car and
today is going to be a full body workout
day because your girl has been slacking
on her workouts and I like tell you a
little bit more about that as well
hey y’all so we were in my car got my
water feeling great feeling wonderful
feeling blessed okay so look I told
y’all that I am doing a full body
workout today because y’all I’ve been a
little bit slacking on my workout so
this week let’s be honest I’m just have
this one-on-one with y’all so y’all know
I was sick or whatever
I’m not basically sick anymore you know
basically but um yeah so keto and I we
were doing pretty great and then I was
like at that and I kind of like indoors
and a little bit of carbs y’all a little
bit okay I’m lying it wasn’t a little
I’ve been doing so great on keto y’all
but
I got sick just missed me up one thing
I’m not gonna do like I will not do
period I’m not gonna come on here and
fake like everything is going great on
keto for me because um yeah I mean it
first it was and then I kind of like it
was like okay whatever yeah I’m just
looking at my nails and it’s just making
me so sad I really need to go get my
nails done I will say this though y’all
I did go grocery shopping if you did not
catch my latest video it is keto on a
budget a grocery haul I’ll link it up
here it’s like just a quick little video
it’s not even a long video but um yeah
um I feel like that has helped steer me
back to my keto lifestyle because I
did like a little detour for a little
bit so now that we’re back to this keto
grind yes I’m definitely going to start
on Monday y’all reinforcing the fact
that I will not be eating until 12:00 or
1:00 p.m. period I’m not gonna eat
before that time because I kind of been
slacking with that too and yeah I really
need to get back into in a minute
fasting so yeah we were making a whole
big change starting Monday I’m not
playing any games about it like yeah but
anyways y’all so like I told y’all today
is going to be my full body workout day
yeah so let’s go ahead and walk into the
gym yeah
always be bouncing don’t
Wow okay also I probably shot my mother
taught me how to cover my mouth when I
called for that just like came
unexpectedly like I didn’t have any
warning or anything to her nature almost
died just that quick so y’all let me
know this how do y’all feel sometimes
about me doing a voiceover while I’m
working out like I am NOT an expert now
I don’t expect anything like extravagant
but I think maybe sometimes I can do
like little voiceovers I don’t know if
I’m gonna do it for this video I mean if
I did it yay but I thought me okay I
don’t know I don’t know where I’m going
with this conversation now anyways y’all
just saw me try to attempt to do a
pull-up
that’s hilarious um so I was told that I
need to really work on my core in order
to do pull-ups and I gotta be on a shop
you can just see that I really don’t let
me try to like do my core y’all like
every once in a while I’ll do it or
whatever but I need to get on that like
for real for real like I can’t just be
one of the flat stomach and I’m not
working my core you know like so yeah
but anyways um this pull-up journey of
mine is gonna be interesting because
honey I’m gonna try to do it a little
bit every day yeah I think I’ll
eventually eventually be able to do it
but um yeah and once the booty this day
you know like it is maybe get a little
bit bigger yeah that’d be awesome
sorry also first meal of the day I did
not cook this way
I’m having some baked chicken with two
eggs and okra and I’m just drinking some
water and now y’all oh my gosh I used to
hate sprite zero y’all I really do used
to hate it like it was so disgusting
I always liked Coke Zero though but
spray-z wrote I was not a fan of it but
y’all oh my gosh I hats on the day
because I was forced to cuz there was a
more cozy row and I was like oMG this is
so good so I’m gonna start drinking
sprite zero as well now yeah I’m so
happy
hi YouTube family so this is the next
day we are about to go to a funeral
today um yeah we’re stopping at
McDonald’s to get some food good girl is
hungry as can be I am getting just a
side salad and then I’m going to order a
grilled chicken patty and I ordered um
Italian dressing that’s a nice little
cheap way to order a salad at McDonald’s
if you just don’t want to sin
all that money on like a bacon ranch
chicken salad without just a little for
McDonald but if you know you’re trying
to save the coins orders just a side
salad and just like a grilled chicken
patty put that on top of each other and
you have yourself
here’s mom’s so that kiddo just talk
with everything you’re not using that’s
an Aikido what is keto right now in a
little bit guys yo I am keto okay we all
have high hopes in y’all this is a salad
I was talking about like I said got
grilled chicken got it cut up and just
put this have a salad whatever I hope
y’all heard me earlier I mean my mother
what is she doing it’s like every time I
start recording y’all my mom I didn’t
want to start playing with paper
everything
I got YouTube family so the funeral was
just so beautiful they called it a home
going isn’t it home yeah homegoing
celebration it was just so beautiful
the lady who passed away she was just
such a nice nice lady church always just
just was just wonderful and so I just
had to make sure even though the finger
was like an hour and something away we
just still had to make sure we attended
because she touched so many lives and
she was just always so sweet to me so
yeah I really made sure to go out there
and just support her and her family now
yeah we are in the car about to go sit
somewhere so yeah yeah I can’t tell
anymore than that but yeah we have got
to be alright y’all so I felt the need
to have some ham and eggs so that’s I’m
having and I’m currently watching 13
reasons why my laptop so good y’all on
season 3 episode 4 so good alright yeah
so I have like this low carb friendly
meal I couldn’t get away call it so keto
friendly because it’s not really that
much corn and carrots in this y’all at
all it’s mainly just on sloppy joes
without the bread basically yes and um
yeah to drink I’m just gonna have some
water and have something else to drink I
don’t know but mainly water cuz I’ve
been slacking on my water today so yeah
hey y’all so editing version of myself
coming in so update on my sickness I’m
basically healed
sometimes my throat is his like a hand
but overall I’m basically healed yay

    I just started low carb again 4 day's ago! As far as exercising wow seriously slacking😧 but trying 2 get back on track
