Hello everyone, this is Linh from Caulinhflower. Today is my first video ever! I want to show you how to make a very easy and fun yellow themed lunchbox. It’s very easy to do, so let’s do it! First I’m using two cup of rice and put
them in a pot, wash them well and then drain them thoroughly. I put one teaspoon
of turmeric powder to the pot mix them well then put two cups water in I will stir them one more time and then
put them in the rice cooker, and in my case, it’s an Instant Pot. While
waiting for the rice to be cooked, we’ll dice some yellow bell pepper into
one-inch cube. I’m gonna prepared the summer squash cut off the tail and the head;
cut them in half, cut them into the quarter at lengthwise and then dice them into
one-inch cubes, and set them aside. The third type of vegetable I’m using is some yellow cherry tomatoes. You can cut them in half or keep them whole if you want to.
In a large pan, I’m gonna put 2 tbsp of olive oil in and wait it to be hot, then put the ground turkey in. break them apart with the wooden spoon. When they’re no longer pink, I will put salt, pepper and some sake in to get rid of the smell. While waiting for the ground turkey to be brown and crispy, I will cut some fresh parsley and mince some garlic For the crispy chickpeas, I’m gonna use canned chickpea today I’m gonna drain them and dry them
thoroughly with some paper towels to get rid of extra moisture. I’m gonna take out
some of the skin but it’s optional. Next, in the lined baking sheet, I’m gonna
transfer the chickpea to the pan Season them with garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, salt ,pepper to taste and some olive oil Give them a little mix and a little
shake to spread evenly, and put them in an preheated oven of 450 degree Fahrenheit for about 35 minutes. In the same pan that I cooked the ground turkey, I’m gonna add some olive oil I’ll stir fry the summer squash for about 45 seconds to 1 minute and then add the frozen corn in and stir fry for another minute or so. I’m gonna use the rest of the vegetable including tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan After about 1 to 2 minutes, the tomatoes and the bell pepper will be ready, you can use this wooden spoon to smash the
tomatoes to release its juices and then mix well with the ground turkey to warm
it up. Top it off with some parsley that we chopped earlier Hope you enjoy this video and if you do,
