Healthy Red Pepper and Kale Omelet for a Quick, Delicious Breakfast


Hi! Today we’re going to make a healthy
red pepper omelette. First roughly chop
your kale then cut up your red pepper.
Next dice up your onion and put some oil
in your pan. Drop in the onions and
peppers and sauté until they are
translucent.
After that crack those eggs and whisk
them until they are well combined. Add in
some of your favorite cheese and a
little bit of milk then mix it all up.
Add your kale to the pan and cook until
it wilts. Take the veggie mixture from
your pan and mix it in with your eggs.
Plop that sucker on your pan and let it
cook for about four minutes. Flip it over
into an omelette shape and then you’re
done. Quick and easy and quite delicious.
