Home Made Sugar Free Lemon Pie Smoothie – Protein Treats by Nutracelle


hey guys welcome to Protein treats today
we are making a lemon meringue protein
smoothies these are so good they’re
lemony and fresh and delicious and best
of all there’s zero sugar with tons of
protein and tons of prebiotic fiber so
let’s get started okay now to make this
smoothie you’re going to need a cup of ice
you’re going to need about half a cup of
lemon juice fresh-squeezed or you can
get the lemon juice in a in a can or a
sorry in a bottle you’re going to need
half a cup of unsweetened coconut milk
or unsweetened almond or soy milk and
you’re going to need half a cup of
cottage cheese and half a cup of
pasteurized egg white and I know you’re
thinking to yourself at home oh my goodness
egg whites and cottage cheese gross in
my smoothie it’s not trust me it’s
really delicious both of these are going
to give you tons of protein and they’re
going to give you that thick creamy
taste inside your smoothie so you really
do want to make friends with your
pasteurized egg white and with cottage
cheese so I’m going to go ahead i’m just
going to start putting everything in
here that was my cottage cheese i’m
going to put my ice in there and then
i’m going to add in my egg white now
make sure that when you do add in your
egg white you’re doing it with
pasteurized egg whites so that basically
means any egg white that you get out of
a carton that’s already been
pasteurized and what’s so great about
using egg white is it’s really really
high in protein and it’s really low and
fat and of course there’s no
carbohydrates so it doesn’t add very
many calories to your smoothie and I’m
adding my vanilla Nutralean now I’m
going to put in about four scoops
because this is going to make a pretty
big smoothie for a few people so i’m
putting in four scoops of my
vanilla Nutralean what’s so wonderful
about using the vanilla Nutralean is we use real vanilla so
that’s why it is so amazing and also it
has 10 grams of prebiotic fiber and
prebiotic fiber is really important a
lot of people don’t realize this but
when you’re able to grow your own gut
flora you’re using prebiotic fiber every
20 minutes the good bacteria can double
so it’s actually much more powerful than
even using a probiotic so here we go
I’ve got almost everything in here now
because I want this to be extra lemony
I’m going to go ahead and put a little
bit of yellow food coloring in so I’m
just going to put maybe six or seven
drops of food colouring and that’s going
to give it that bright yellow colour and
then because we use real lemon juice
it’s going to be a little bit sour even
with the vanilla Nutralean so I’m
going to add a little bit of liquid
stevia so just adding a few drops here
would be the equivalent of a quarter cup
of granular stevia that’s it that’s all
we need I’m going to put my lid on here
and work some magic
all right look at this beautiful yellow
lemony goodness in here so if you really

this is one of my favorite shakes to
love lemon meringue pie hmm always is so
