hey there it’s Steve from and if you’ve been doing the
ketogenic diet or living the ketogenic
lifestyle for any length of time you’re
likely familiar with the benefits of
apple cider vinegar and collagen
peptides apple cider vinegar in addition

beneficial for someone like me over 50
who are looking to get a little more
elasticity in their skin and perhaps a
little more lubrication in their joints
so in this video I’m going to show you a
quick easy tasty way that you can
consume both your ample cider vinegar
and collagen peptides but before we do

Chinese hot and sour soup especially
during the winter and in a future video
we’ll make a keto version of that but
for today
we’re gonna create a delivery mechanism
for our apple cider vinegar and collagen
peptides that tastes remarkably like
Chinese hot and sour soup I’m basing
this recipe on the size of the coffee
cup that I typically use so we start
with one and a quarter cups of chicken
or beef bone broth to that we will add
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce tamari or
coconut aminos your choice 1/2
tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of sriracha and mix it all
together and into the microwave for
somewhere between a minute and a half in
a minute and 45 seconds depending on the
strength of your microwave then we’ll
add a scoop of collagen peptides which
will dissolve in now you don’t have to
make this in a Pyrex container I just
did this for the visual so that you
could see what’s going on
I typically make it directly in my
coffee cup
mmm YUM you can feel free to play around
with the amount of apple cider vinegar
sriracha and soy sauce / tamari / coke
and aminos you want to use I find this
is a good starting spot if you don’t
have a high tolerance for spicy a half a
teaspoon of sriracha might be a little
much for you if you do like spicy you
can always go a little bit more and if
you want to use beef broth instead of
chicken that’s totally cool as well
