guys how to lose weight and this would be a very simple process so we’ve broken it down into three main components the first thing is desire you guys need to want to change not because somebody’s telling you to do it but actually want to actually personally want to develop that desire of wanting to Train just this bag if you wake up in the morning I want to brush your teeth and the next one is start eating healthy if you’re not eating healthy you’re not going to get in shape you’re not going to lose weight you need to be eating nutritional food not just food that’s just going to make you full but food that’s actually going to have nutritional value to it and if your doctor allows it you should be on a caloric deficit exactly and being in a caloric deficit doesn’t mean that you can eat what you want because food quality also matters and your own hormones matter even though you’re eating less calories and you’re burning if you’re putting a piece of as like a big plate 250 calories is not going to be the same as the chicken breast and a salad which is the same 250 calories yeah you won’t feel the same on your body no it’s true you eat that pizza and you’ll feel like crap yeah you’ll just feel so slow and you’ll feel mentally fatigued as well you eat some complex carbs so good nutritional value food you’re going to feel like your brain is actually energized and some complex carbs that I choose to eat and this is like a daily basis for me is spinach asparagus broccoli I always those are my go-to s you know and I always take antibiotics when made you want extra energy maybe brown rice or quinoa yeah a little bit or heavier carbs yeah for sure for sure normally I stick to the lighter carbs but those are perfectly fine as well as long as you’re under that caloric deficit you’re going to be losing weight also I’m sort of interview make sure you’re heating your fats too so protein and carbs are important let me show you getting your healthy fats to for your hormone production so avocado oil not yeah yep I actually cooked with peanut oil instead of olive oil and stuff like that and you want to stick to lean proteins white proteins to give the calories low base yes basically you want to keep those calories low you know a lot of red meat is not good for you of course and also make sure it’s organic and grass-fed those meat you the United States I want to feel about it yeah can get a little crazy out there we all know that and the third main thing that you guys need of course is good training and rest you need a good training regimen and specifically that’s going to have you burning fat after you’re done working out and rest rest is super important when you rest you’re actually burning fat so the longer you rest more fat you’re going to be burned really most people think that they burnt by while they’re working out but actually if you weigh yourself before working out and absolutely now your boner they weight the same only if you’re losing When I was 13 I was a really fat and unhealthy kid I weighed 240 pounds and I would get bullied a lot so I decided to change my life around buy cutting out all the bad and unhealthy foods and only eating healthy foods and I started doing sports and working out a lot at school and at home with the THENX workouts and bow I'm 16 and weight 178 pounds and I feel amazing I'm still working on that six pack though, the only bad thing about all this weight loss is that I have so much lose skin but that fine I'm healthy and strong and I have to give a lot of thanks to these workouts
