How to make firm MCT Oil Keto Mayonnaise – with Recipe and Nutrition Fact for MCT Mayo

Welcome to FUEL+ Healthy Test Kitchen I know many of you are in a low carb or keto
diet right now and try to look for very clean ingredients
to cook with So today we are going to make our MCT Mayo
Before we do that, hit that subscribe button and make sure you can follow us and get some
really clean cooking tips so let’s get started. Ingredients. We need eggs. We are actually
going to use just 1 egg. Make sure it’s room temperature. If it’s not room temperature,
it won’t work. There is about a tablespoon of lemon juice
right here, and some salt, and some olive oil. This recipe calls for 75ml of olive oil.
And MCT Oil. We are going to pour 75ml of MCT Oil as well, we will blend it all in a
blender. What I usually do is that I put the olive
oil in first. And then I pour 75ml of MCT oil into the mix today. Next thing, definitely
is an egg. Make sure its room temperature like I said. I know some recipe calls for
just egg yokes. I like the whole egg, it really give it a little more volume. So here is another
Pro Tip. A lot of people just use mustard powder in their MCT or just mayo, this is
actually mustard powder with turmeric powder. So turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. It never
hurts. So a little bit of that will help. And like I said, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
all in there. A generous pinch of salt. And put the immersion blender right to the bottom.
Ok. Slowly pulse. Now. Really let it go. Amazing. Now slowly
pull it up. And down. And this is even before you refrigerate it. You still need to refrigerate
it to have it set. Look at this. mmm. Ok. I have a container right here. I usually store
it into a glass container first, and then put it into the refrigerator. Beautiful mayo.
And the best part about this is that there is MCT Oil in it . So MCT Oil is an extract of coconut
oil. And our MCT is 100% pure. It helps you absorb the nutritions that you need, and it
tastes great. mmm. So I am going to put it in the fridge, and let it set for at least
an hour, then come back and see what it looks like. Ok. Let’s try this MCT mayo out. I can’t wait. mmm Look at how stiff this is. I can taste
