How to Make Glutin-Free Keto Pepperoni  Pizza? Amazingly Perfect for Ketogenic, Low Carb Diet Recipe


Hey everyone! This is Jimmy
today we’re making a low-carb Keto pepperoni pizza. Enjoy! A keto diet is a
low carb diet where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy.
When you eat something high in carbs your body will produce glucose and
insulin. That’s when you suffer from mood swing and food coma. By lowering the
intake of carbs, the body is induced into a state known as ketosis. Optimal ketone
levels offer many health benefits such as weight loss, consistent physical and
mental performance. There are many names for this kind of diet: ketogenic diet, low
carb diet, low carb high fat diet, and so on. Alright let’s make a low carb keto
pepperoni pizza. We need about 3 cups of finely chopped cauliflower. In this
case, we’ll use a food processor. We want to make sure the texture is just like
rice. Add three large eggs, this will really
help the texture. We also need three cups of shaved mozzarella cheese in the mixture. Mix together the cauliflower mozzarella
cheese and three eggs until well combined. Now, we need to prepare the
pizza pan. What I do is I melt 1/4 cup of ghee and oil it on the pizza pan. Place the cauliflower mixture in the center
of the pizza pan, spread the mixture thinly and evenly to all the edges of
the pan. Bake the crust at 450 degrees Celsius
for about 20 to 30 minutes. Now we need to prepare the toppings for our
pizza I used 3 long chilli pepper, fresh tomato slices, fresh basil, a quarter cup
of olives and some pepperoni. When you check into the oven and see a
golden crust like this, it is ready. So now we need to add our tomato sauce.
Place some tomato sauce in the center of your crust and spread it out nearly to
the edge. Be conservative with the sauce Top with cheese
followed by toppings and I used chilli pepper, fresh tomato slices, basil, quarter
cup of olive, pepperoni. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is
evenly melted. This takes about three to five minutes. This is it!
What a beautiful tray of pizza and it is very delicious. All right, guys. I will

    This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "crunchy salty paleo snacks" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Diyarter Benaylee Cure – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got cool results with it.
