How to make Mix Veg Raita or Kachumber Raita or yoghurt vegetable raita


Raita a tasty Indian yoghurt salad with mix vegeatbles. You need 2 cups yoghurt, 1 cup chopped cucumber,
1 cup chopped carrot, 1 cup onion, 1 cup tomato chopped coriander, chillies and few masalas To the yoghurt add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala or 1 tsp lime juice mix well
Add salt & mix well Add green chillies mix well
Add coriander & mix well Add little cucumber mix well, add onion & mix well. Add carrots &
tomato & mix well
