How to make Spaghetti Squash | Tips | Caveman Keto

Today on Caveman Keto Recipes I’m going to show you how to make a really cool Vegetable, its Spaghetti Squash! At the end its going to look a lot like spaghetti you can use it as a base for all sorts of recipes now we’re gonna split it in half then we’re
going to use a spoon to remove the excess flesh Now place the spaghetti
squash cut side down into a Pyrex dish then you want to add enough water such
that the cut side is covered so just like half an inch to an inch just so that
it’s a submersible water Put this in the oven for 375 for 45 minutes until tender when forked Right out of the oven the Spaghetti Squash is extremely hot, so I wear an Ove Glove you simply take your fork you start
pulling and you’ll see it looks very similar to Spaghetti And now put this in a resealable container That’s it for today folks this is how to make spaghetti squash, you can either use it right away or put it in the fridge for a couple of days Or sometimes I freeze it to use later. Next time I’ll show you how to combine this with meat sauce for a great Spaghetti!

    If the "noodles" are a little too firm after coming out of the oven, I like to throw them in a hot frying pan with bacon fat or butter/olive oil until they soften up a bit.

    I asked for this vegetable in my local store here in Sweden, and even showed a screenshot from this video, but they had never heard of it. So I have to keep using my veggie grind and make “spaghetti” out of Zucchini.
