Today on Caveman Keto Recipes I’m going to show you how to make a really cool Vegetable, its Spaghetti Squash! At the end its going to look a lot like spaghetti you can use it as a base for all sorts of recipes now we’re gonna split it in half then we’re
going to use a spoon to remove the excess flesh Now place the spaghetti
squash cut side down into a Pyrex dish then you want to add enough water such
that the cut side is covered so just like half an inch to an inch just so that
it’s a submersible water Put this in the oven for 375 for 45 minutes until tender when forked Right out of the oven the Spaghetti Squash is extremely hot, so I wear an Ove Glove you simply take your fork you start
