    Oh jeeze. It's like you were reading my mind. I've been looking for high protein recipes that aren't low carb, and this is perfect. Thanks!!

    The nice thing with the glass meal prep containers too is that you can park them in your Instant Pot to reheat the food if you're not a huge fan of microwaving things.
