I have been foodprepping for years now, and I would add a foodscale to the list: it makes all the work much faster! 🙂

I'm a bit disappointed tbh. That video should be titled "Essentials for your kitchen". I hoped to see more details on storing, multitasking, scrape usage etc.

(1:50) It was really cool that you can see the reflection of the person recording her video. I like this girl and I LOVE animals, however I do have a problem with pets in the kitchen. Since she is cooking in her own apt, how can she prove her kitchen is sanitary in spite of having two cats?

great to see pots and pans that actually get used! I watch a lot of house tour videos and most kitchens are completely spotless even when the residents "love to cook" and have been staying for months or years!

Thank you. (For me, vanilla too perhaps? dried fruit (dates, apricots, almonds, walnuts)? conserved fruit compotes, tomato coulis, organic veg box (delivery if you can or grow your own, conserve, freeze, dry what you don't use), za'atar, dried chickpeas…)

Can anybody tell me what knife that is? I’m looking for a nice lightweight multipurpose chef’s knife, and this one looks to fit my needs.

I’m sorry but if you are going to charge money for meal
Prepping and you often prep at home get the 2 cats out of the kitchen
    That’s disgusting
Have pets in the room If you cook for yourself but once you charge money for a service be professional !!!!!!
