Indian weight loss diet full day of eating PART:5 – Wife Mom Boss

Hi everyone today’s video is about what
my husband eats in a day to loose weight just
for your information he has lost 23 kgs. This
is a typical day when he is in weight loss
DIET FULL DAY OF EATING. If you like this

he is going to start a day with green tea
or detox tea.
for breakfast he is going to have a green
smoothie. i am simply adding kale, spinach
leaves, half a banana,half green apple& half
glass 2% milk. blend everything in blender
and yummy weight loss breakfast is ready.Bananas have
a low glycemic index, which helps in reducing weight.
Kale is very low in calories but still provides
significant bulk that should help you feel
full. spinach is Low in calories and packed
with the goodness of vitamins and minerals, spinach contains
high content of fibre and water, which can
help for weight loss.Green apples have a high fiber content
which helps in increasing the body’smetabolism.he
will have his lunch around 1 pm. first i am
going to make a sabji for that i am adding
a teaspoon if butter, cumin seeds, onion Onions are
a source of soluble fibre, which makes it
a powerful prebiotic food. It ensures a healthy
gut, which is crucial for weight loss and
belly fat loss., green chillies, ginger garlic
paste, salt, turmeric,coriender and cumin
powder, little bit garam masala, red chili
powder, mix it well add half chopped green
bell paper,  Bell peppers are great for weight
loss. They can fill out any dish without adding
the calories and have a small amount of fat burning
capsaicin in them. add one chopped tomato,Soluble
and insoluble fibre play an important role
in losing weight. Tomato being rich in
both of them is one good fruit to lose weight
let everything cook well then add shredded
paneer, switch off the flame and yummy paneer
bhurji is ready. “Paneer is loaded with healthy
fats, proteins and are very low on carbs.
It is excellent forweight loss and diabetics.
now for a side i have one shreaded carrot
i am adding sugar and salt to taste, add tadka
squeeze some lemon mix it well and carrot
salad is ready. carrots are naturally low
in calories and full of nutrients that can
help your weight loss some healthy fats are
also necessary so i am serving lunch with
half an avocado, carrot salad, some chopped
onion, quinoa roti, recipe is in last video,
and 2 slices of kiwi to satisfy sweet tooth.because
the lunch was a little bit heavy ii am going
to kept light for dinner, so i am making a
very healthy and protein packed soup in the
instant pot you can check the link in description
box. first in my instant pot i am adding olive
oil and regular masalas and a lot of gals,
onion followed by whatever veggies were available
in my fridge i.e. carrots, zuccini, radish,
broccoli, celery, spinach oregano, turmeric,
red chili powder, all these veggies are full
of fiber and nutrients which all are very
healthy and when they are combined with the
protein like quinoa and toor or archer daal
they keeps you full for long. hence add half
bowel each of soaked quinoa & toor daal salt
to taste and water. to make soup tangy i am
adding 2 tomatoes. let it cook properly and
the healthy quinoa veggie soup is ready. i
