Increasing the level of good cholesterol reduces the problem of hardness of the arteries, which keeps your blood pressure under control. 4. Beneficial in the treatment of epilepsy Since 1900, the Keto diet has been used to treat epilepsy. People who get less relief from medicines are treated with the help of Keto Diet.
