hi guys I’m back with another video
today it’s going to be a grocery haul this is honestly moreso to hold myself
accountable I’ve been a fall in fall in fall in this summer definitely I am
taking a hundred some and blame if you guys haven’t seen my last video luckily
I have not gained two too much and have been able to lose the pounds that I did
gain over these past month and a half or two months and I wanted to do grocery
hauls on my channel more so to hold myself accountable and it’s also really
nice seeing other people that are trying to lose weight to see what they’re going
to be eating throughout the week so I thought I’d just go ahead and show you
guys what a ketogenic diet will look like for me this week so I like to try
to have one salad today having some greens definitely helped this is the
butter bliss but this I get this time because its lowest in carbs yes
salad does have cars not enough carbs for me to even like care I don’t count
that crazy but this is one of lower ones so I’m gonna have this probably with a
barbecued chicken thigh or with broccoli I haven’t decided yet
I got two avocados because I like eating this in the morning with my eggs if I
don’t feel like bacon also like putting this in my rap it’s always great to get
some healthy fats in your diet but I had to get in vacant we are out of bacon
right now and Bacon’s like my first love I like cooking off one of these and then
like my family can warm it up with whenever they want if they want a quick
breakfast in the morning so that way all you have to do is cook eggs it’s a real
time-saver if you cook it all in one batch and you don’t have to worry about
it popping you I just cook it in the oven so I picked up some cauliflower of
rice I’m not sure and I put this in my last video if so I’ll link it in the
description box below I Friday at 1:00 and I accidentally forgot
I was cooking it and it just ended up being much so I’m gonna try making some
shrimp fried right if it is good I’m sure you’ll see it either on this
channel or on my Instagram because you know my instagrams popping so if you
guys want to check it out I’ll have it linked in the description box as always
I also have some eggs yes I go through so many eggs
I like testing recipes a lot of the recipes that I have found are like make
good recipes which call for a lot of eggs
I usually one to two eggs every morning so I just go through pretty fast for me
um so we’ve upgraded from the twelve pack to the eighteenth I picked up a
carrot this will be going into my cauliflower fried rice I have some
mozzarella cheese I actually picked up two because they had it’s elbowing onto
for seven dollars which is pretty good for Sorento I’ve got this because I do
pizza party Friday night usually every Friday and yeah so mozzarella cheese is
a staple in this house and that’s one of the meals that like my mom and my sister
both like as well so I like making sure I have stuff that I know that they need
also because I’m the one that likes cooking in the house so I definitely
modify my things to make sure that they can still eat things and we can eat as a
family I also picked up some green onions now these I’m going to be putting
in my cauliflower rice as well as a seasoning you know anything that I want
to season with green onions are amazing in flavor I wish I used it more often I
also found this dream smoked tomato dressing I’m planning on putting this in
my barbeque chicken salad hopefully it tastes good I also have ranch dressing
that always tastes good with barbecue chicken salads so if this is a fail I’ll
be just eating with my ranch but I thought I would try this it was on sale
you know it’s really good on the macros – it’s less
a gram of carbs for two tablespoons so I was out of soy sauce this is actually
tamari it’s basically the same thing I heard this is better I don’t know but I
picked some up for my cauliflower fried rice I also have some teriyaki sauce but
only two grams of carbs per serving so I might put a little bit of that arm
next I have Smokies little Smokies I haven’t had these in forever this is
honestly I only take this up because I have the best barbecue sauce that I
found from Walmart I think it’s the hue I don’t know I posted it on my Instagram
so if you guys want to check it out I’ll also put a link in the description box
of where you can get it I found mine at Walmart but I believe they have it at
Amazon I’m telling you it’s feed fast like my friend just had some and she
said she couldn’t even tell the difference next I have some baby arugula
I usually get spinach but I wanted to change it up a little bit actually this
has a little bit higher carb count but I like putting it in my wraps I wanted to
change in flavor so hopefully this waiver Blackard arugula is peppery let
me know if it is in the description box below I probably will try it by then but
if you guys like any other types of veggies let me know because I don’t want
to always get spinach so I’m just branching out and trying different
lettuces I also picked up one a small tomato I like putting this I like eating
tomatoes primarily in my wraps usually I make BLT wraps this week Oh probably the
barbecue chicken wraps because I’ll probably have extra barbecue chicken but
I like putting this in my wraps as well as like having it as a side for for
breakfast with my eggs on the days I don’t like eating meat I’m also trying a new cheese I’m very
excited about this it’s the tomato basil jack I usually get
the Colby job or just the regular cheddar but I wanted to spice it up
hopefully it’s not a fail we’ll see I’ll let you guys know on my Instagram I
think this is the last thing yeah this is it
I also picked up a red onion I was thinking of caramelizing this in some
butter for my BBQ chicken salad and for my pizza party Friday night I’m thinking
of doing Mill prep chicken salad but for like dinner on Friday like Sharpie
chicken pizza itself we’ll see I don’t know
yeah anyhow I love onions I love caramelizing them they taste so good and
they’re great fun salads like I highly advise if you’re sick of salad add some
different things to it you can’t have salad every day right I mean I mean
pizza pieces a once a week occurrence that I just a lot for are just a lot
more but that’s when we offer this video I hope you enjoyed this one if you did

    Hey! So I did it, lol, I made a couple videos! Thanks for the lil push, I have been slacking. ANYWAY, I have a friend and her husband also doing the keto diet and we were talking recipes, so you crossed my mind – have you tried zoodles??? They are so good and a really great sub if you want noodles but minus the carbs. Arugula is peppery, are you in to kale or spring lettuce mix? I am not really thinking about dieting, but the keto diet really interests me! My problem is my love affair with fruit and bread….I just don't know lol

    Ive been trying to do Keto but it is such a struggle! So far Im just intermittent fasting.. which is working and I am eating healthy but eating Keto on the other hand is pretty complicated for me!

    So I started keto last month lost about 11 lbs, and then fell off due to some prior commitments that would not allow me to eat keto. I'm finally starting again as of today and I randomly stumbled upon your channel. I just wanted to say, thank you for sharing your journey.
