Keto Mexican Barbacoa Beef Brisket, Amazingly delicious!! Well worth the wait!


hey what’s up guys welcome to kilo Bam
bang today we’re gonna be making a delicious beef brisket okay so we have a long list of
ingredients today so let’s get started 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of paprika 1/2 a
tablespoon of cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon of Truvia brown sugar 3
tablespoons of cumin 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of granulated garlic one and
a half tablespoons of onion powder one and a half tablespoons of oregano 1
tablespoon of salt 2 tablespoons of chili powder 2 tablespoons of chicken
bullion 5 whole club 10 bay leaves 2 tablespoons of Joanie’s seasoning half a
tablespoon of black pepper 12 garlic cloves or bottom round roast beef five
and a half pounds in one large on it we’re also going to need 2 tablespoons
of olive oil 2 tablespoons of Worchester Shire soft 4 tablespoons of white or
apple vinegar 2 tablespoons of Maggi seasoning songs and 8 ounces of
pineapple or orange sparkling circle okay so we’re gonna prepare our beef
first we don’t want a whole lot of fat so we want a thin layer of it so it
gives it a good flavor so we’re gonna go ahead and take off all the excess fat
that we don’t need next we’re gonna grab a bowl and blend in all of our spices
except that black pepper garlic cloves bay leaves in chicken bouillon then
we’re going to add tomato sauce or Cistercian sauce the white vinegar olive
oil in our pineapple soda we’re going to give it a good mix for
about two minutes into the soft thickness a little bit and then we’re
going to pate or meet in the mix I put in the proper along with the rest of
mixed juice oh yeah baby look at all that juice at this point we’re going to put the lid
on and set the klappa on high for about 30 minutes while we wait we’re going to
take a pan and heat up to medium with some olive oil mince your garlic clove
and start adding the onion to the pattern we want to cetera all the
ingredients over medium heat for about seven minutes next we’re going to add
the rest of our ingredients the minced garlic cloves the five whole cloves the
oregano the bay leaves in a chicken bouillon gives a turn onto the honors
have caramelized halfway after the 30 minutes at pass we’re going to pour our
pan mix into the trap we’re going to close the lid on pot and
set up crock pot to low and leave it for 12 hours one eternity later Wow guys
it’s been 12 hours and our beef brisket is ready oh my gosh look at it smells
amazing guys I wish you guys were here it’s so tender I feel like I’m gonna
drop it okay careful now George and he six laughing perfect look at that guy’s and even trying this exactly what we’re
looking for guys tender juicy meat are also good this beef brisket will go well with
anything flautas tacos tortas you guys name is

of it you can always freeze it and you always have vertical beef brisket this is a really amazing recipe it
