Week 3 Days 1-4 of Keto Weight Loss I was on vacation. I didn’t want to cook so we went out to eat every day at Cracker Barrel. They have many of keto options plus vegetables. When traveling it’s a good idea to find a local health food store. Dale and I visited one but unfortunately didn’t film. We bought heavy cream. I started every morning with hotel coffee but I didn’t show you. I brought heavy cream from home because restaurants don’t tend to have it. I also brought liquid stevia. Yes I’m cold. On vacation I decided to eat higher calories. We were busy and active and I didn’t want to deal with limiting calories. I also ate a big breakfast because at the conference there were very limited food options. We ate an early dinner. Again I ate a lot. I wanted to enjoy myself. I haven’t weighed yet. We’ll see if I lose any this week. I don’t know. We traveled to The Homesteaders of America Conference. It was mostly YouTubers who have small farms, homesteads or live in the city like me. They try to raise their own animals and food. They want a more independent lifestyle. They get together for workshops on healthy food, how to raise animals and they just give each other support. We really enjoyed it. When we left for vacation the weather was hot. Then the cold weather hit. When we got back home I was worried the garden was going to freeze.
