today we will prepare
a very healthy meal
for any healthy diet
with low calories
and you can add first a layer of macaroni if you want
first we will bring three cans of light tuna
add a pinch of salt and cumin

now spread tune in the baking dish

i used three cans of light tuna packed in water

now we will add the red and yellow pepper
i will cut them in to julienne strips

now we will add the olives
add 1 cup of sweet corn

now add the red beans
very healthy
better to cook them i home

now add one cup of light cheddar and mozzarella cheese

wow so colorful dish

then cut the mushroom into slices

we can serve this dish beside some macaroni with vegetables

it is optional
just like you want

Preheat oven to 450F. Place the baking dish on the baking rack
for 10 min

after 10 min

now it’s done
