LIVE IT: In the kitchen – Quinoa Breakfast Bites


(upbeat happy music) – [Announcer] We are
going to have a little fun with popular and versatile
breakfast food, eggs. We’re mixing fresh veggies
and quinoa with eggs, baked into a yummy, bite
sized breakfast on the go. The veggies we are using
here bring a certain amount of moisture, which
could compromise binding. To see how we manage
the moisture, you can go to our chef tips in the links below. We are using a little ice cream scoop, which makes it fun and
easy for kids to help. A large ice cream scoop can be used if you’re making these
in a standard muffin pan. Just note that cooking times
will vary based on size. These will keep in the
fridge up to a week. They can be enjoyed cold or reheated for a quick, healthy,
fun, on-the-go snack. This is Chef Cory, and this
