Low Carb | Keto Diet | Keto Eating | Ep. 15


Hello there everyone. My name is Tyler and this is my Low Carb,
Ketogenic Diet Channel. It’s going to be a full day of eating low
carb, high fat foods. I’m gona shoot for around 1500 calories, and
as far as how many calories you should be having, down in the description there’s a
link to a keto calculator that’ll show you your calories, your net carbs, your fat, protein,
how much you should be eating in a day. So hopefully this kinda gives you an idea
of what types of food you can enjoy while on a ketogenic diet. Let’s get into it. So it’s 11:15am and I just got hungry for
breakfast, so I’m gona do 50 grams of bacon, and then a two egg omelet, and then in that
omelet there’s also 28 grams of cheese. We deffinitely go through a lot of cheese
on this diet. Although some people do it dairy free, which
I’v heard some good effects with that as well. And then this is my new secret. I am hooked on this. This is Meijers Thick and Chunky salsa. It has a little kick to it, but get this. I wonder if this is right. It’s only 10 calories per 2 tablespoons. Is that correct? I’m gona have to search online a little bit
cause it’s only 2 grams net carbs, and its only 10 calories, and this salsa tastes so
good guys. I can’t hype it enough. Next I got some coffee. I put some electrolytes in there. Salt subsitute/Potassium. And then I do have this sugar free syrup. This is probably expired we’ve had it so long
honestly. We don’t really use it to often, but a little
bit of that on the bacon makes it taste alright. Alright, it’s about 3:30pm and it wouldn’t
be a Costco trip without a Costco hot dog and pop. Jessica, what did you get? I got a piece of pizza. Lucky. If I had to guess, it’s about 250 calories
without the buns. So it’s going down. So it’s almost 5:00. Going to have 2 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese,
which is about 200 calories. I am hungry, but I think I’m mostly eating
because I am stressed, cause my PS4 broke. Now I think emotional eating is what get’s
a lot of people in trouble. You know if you’re stressed, or sad, or something
like that. Trying to eat your emotions, but I’m just
limiting it to 200 calories of cheese, so it’s not the end of the world. 7:00 and I’m getting ready to finish up the
rest of this Jell-O. I made a box of it earlier. It’s 10 calories per serving, and there’s
8 servings in a box. So 80 total for just the Jell-O. That’s if
you make it with pure water, but what I did was I did 1 cup of water and then 8 table
spoons of heavy cream, cause I don’t really like Jell-O, but if i start eating it more
I might like it. The heavy cream is going to be 50 calories
per tablespoon, and there’s 8 total in here, and then 1 carb per tablespoon as well, so
the whole bowl is going to be 480 calories, and about 9 or 10 net carbs.It’s pretty delicious. I would put whip cream on top of it honestly
to make it taste a little bit better,and yeah, probably a little more cream or something
next time. Although, when I’m watching my calories I
should just not do any of the cream. It would still be a pretty filling snack just
because the quantity you get. I will probably keep making this in the future. Atleast finish up this other box. I could see me eating a whole bowl of this
once, twice, three times a week maybe. What did you think? Did you like it? No! It was sick nasty! So its almost 10:00pm here and I’m gona do
2 tablespoons peanut butter. 190 calories and 6 grams net carbs.Probably
will be the last thing I eat, but since it’s my day off tomorrow, gona stay up pretty late. I might have a little midnight snack later. We will see. Do you guys have food that you eat all the
time? I am pretty sure I have a couple scoops of
peanut butter every single day. You know what I mean? I will never get bored of it I don’t think. I am going to switch to almond butter next
month cause Costco has a whole jar of it for only $7.00 and like Meijers, Krogers have
a tiny little jar for $7.00. Pretty excited to try that. It’s 11:11 right now getting ready to go to
bed. Finishing the day out at 1,750 calories and
then 20 net carbs. I usually shoot for below 30 net carbs. That’s the important and then i usually shoot
for around 1,500 calories. If I go above or below, it’s not the end of
the world. So if you guys like these types of videos,

eating for long as I can. They have really been keeping me on track
here. Hopefully they have been helping you guys
out too. In the future I think I am gona start branching
out to different styles of videos. So definitely subscribe and see what’s coming

    I just rewatched the video, and I apologize for the gross close up of me at the end. In the future I am going to have to do some editing, or record in selfie mode so I can see if there is peanut butter all over my face >.>

    Also I never though to use heavy whipping cream in my hello? How did that turn out? Was it good?

    I've been meaning to try hello with heavy cream! (Also I couldn't live without pb!) I love Costco's!
