Low Karb Keto Granola Review – 2g Net Carbs per Serving

hey guys it’s Jayden and Steve from
Serious Keto and today we’re gonna be reviewing Low Karb it’s carb with a K
keto nut granola cinnamon almond pecan flavor but before we do that if you
enjoy low-carb cooking videos product and ingredient reviews like this one
exactly as well as lessons learned from my experiences with a ketogenic
lifestyle and intermittent fasting click that subscribe button right there while
you’re at it click the bell next to it so you’re notified whenever I release a
new video so this company Low Karb that’s carb with a k sent me this to
try out they are interested in my opinion and I by proxy your opinion as
well so we’re gonna try this out today are you a granola fan I am no I I
oatmeal like every day and I love granola so how do you usually eat it um
I usually make like and not seed mix with stone ground grits
I’m sorry oatmeal oats and then mix it up mix peanut butter in there with like
berries or something like that’s my breakfast and then you put it over
yogurt or anything or milk oh and so yeah the mix and then milk heated up in
the microwave and then I add peanut butter after it’s cooked and then
berries on top so like nothing else no yogurt or anything so like you just got
a free recipe right there you thought you were just coming for a review
alright what do we have here in terms of ingredients we had some almonds
sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds coconut chips our erythritol monk fruit butter
and cinnamon in terms of carbs we’re looking at 10 grams total carb four
grams dietary fiber 4 grams of alcohol sugar or sugar alcohol for a net of 2
grams of carbs now I know some people like counting the sugar alcohol at 50%
carb manager doesn’t count it they’re not counting it here I’m not going to
take a stand on the issue they say two grams net carbs
should we try it yeah mmm smells very granola-y if that’s a word so how do you
want it serving size is 1/3 of a cup yeah I’ll try it with them
I’ll try plain first and then I’ll try it with almond it looks like I’m just a
really nutty granola yeah this kinda looks like my breakfast but yeah just a
lot of nuts and seeds in here which is really good especially for breakfast to
start your day off right with those Omega threes and good sort good sources
of energy here so all right do you want you want a spoon or I’ll take a spoon
gonna be all fancy like extend our pinky and stuff all right here we go I really
like it I like it really does taste a lot like what I eat every morning
um and it’s really it’s sweet it’s really not overpowering power and ly
sweet which is yeah like I know sometimes when you have those Quaker and
other brands they’re just there to the point that they’re almost candy now I
don’t know if you noticed it as well but sort of you know the that you taste the
different nuts at different points as you’re chewing it yeah I think it
started it starts very sunflower seed II and I was afraid that it was gonna stay
that way but then I started getting the pumpkin and the pecan and the almond want some almond milk? I’ll try some I’ll
try with almond milk now yeah it really ends nicely with the almond and frankly
there’s some stuff in here that that has me confused because it really seems kind
of like oats there’s something in there oh it’s Bry the coconut mmm I’m guessing
the coconut cooked up in the butter kind of gets that oat type thing going yeah
yeah that’s probably what it is because I feel like there is oh it’s in here I
feel like this isn’t even keto so the Low Karb with a K keto nut granola is
available on Amazon for about 12 and a half dollars for a bag I’m gonna see if
I can get some sort of a special discount code on this for my viewers and
if so I will put it down in the description below so I always get a
little bit concerned when a company sends me something free to review
because I feel like I’m gonna feel bad if they sent me something free and I
gotta say that it’s not good or I didn’t like it fortunately I don’t need to say
that here this stuff is good and I think it would be great on top of some full
fat yogurt although you know I’m Kido you gotta kind of sort of a limited type
of thing but I think that would be great I think you could probably even mix some
of this into some sort of a fat bomb or a keto cookie shooting balls or whatever
yeah so I think we’ve got a winner here with the Low Karb with a K keto nut
granola thanks for watching

Just ordered the 3-pack of original, blueberry nut and cacao. Have you tried the two different Costco Keto granolas? One is by Autumn’s Gold Organic and one by Nature’s Path Organic. Nature’s Path says Keto Certified on the package, but that statement is questionable since it contains coconut sugar and syrup and contains 6 net carbs per 1/2 cup serving. It’s more paleo than Keto, but it is tasty—as is the Autumn’s Gold Organic, which is Keto. I forgot to mention 20 oz is only 16.99 and less expensive than the Low Karb brand.

    No offense intended here…
But this is SO easy to make at home and way way cheaper. And you can control the ingredients.

We use Julian Bakery's ProGranola with organic plain yogurt I get at the Health food store, but I would love a cheaper option and this fit the bill. Thanks for the review./Kathy

With the number of blood ketone tests out there with sugar alcohol usage, you'd think the whole argument of counting the carbs at all would be bypassed by now. At least with the good options like xylitol and erythritol.

Thank you for your reviews and recipes. I have to give you credit for introducing me to the chaffle and the chancake. I make some version of one of those several times a week now. P.S. I lost 110 lbs (80 of them after starting keto) 3 years ago and have kept it off living the low carb lifestyle so I appreciate the new recipes and all the new products that are now coming out. Its a relief to not have to spend so much time cooking and preparing food. Thanks again!

I’ve become picky about ordering Keto convenience products, but will order two bags of Keto Karb granola right now because; 1) Serious Keto likes it. 2) the ingredients are expensive, so the value is there. Thanks for the review.

So I just ordered two bags of Keto Karb granola directly from Amazon, as the link provided for the discount code wouldn’t load. Not a biggie, but the 10% off would have been nice.

Have you lost your weight counting net carbs? I've done the diet with 20 total carbs per day. I t just seems like there are so many things I could have if I could trust the net carb thing. I used the low carb diet way back before they brought in the net carb idea and it's hard to trust it. What worked for you?

Please try Lollies low carb granola, it's super soft and moist cookie crumbles. I prefer it over the hard kind.

I love being informed of new convenience Keto foods. As long as no unhealthy vegetable oils I’ll give it a try. Ordered a bag. Ty.

Keto Connect has a granola recipe that uses coconut flakes, nuts, etc. I cant find the recipe right now to include the link. Thought I'd throw that out to you. My conscience wont let me pay that price for something I can make. Love your channel! It has helped me so much!

Add flax seed and sunflower seeds and that is the recipe for my hot cereal breakfast. Ground up of course. Not granola like. More like cream of wheat or Wheatena
