Welcome to Recipes In My Way Today we are going to make a tasty vegetable gravy side dish for Chapati and parotta Now we can see how to make this mixed vegetable gravy and the ingredients required 3 tablespoon oil 1 potato – 100 gm 100 gm Cauliflower 100 gm carrot Fry them well in oil for 5 minutes 6-7 beans Green peas 50 gm 1 Capsicum Fry them till it becomes half cooked (3-4 minutes) We can make this with some of these vegetables This is enough keep this separately add 3 Chopped big onions in the same oil Onions are fried now add 1 inch Ginger, 6 piece Garlic 6-7 kashmiri red chillies or 3 ordinary red chili 2 tablespoon Cashews Fry them well fry like this and add 200 gm Tomatoes and fry till it mashes add 1/2 teaspoon salt and fry well Now we can paste this in mixer 1 tablespoon Butter 2 tablespoon Oil 1 piece cinnamon, 1 Bay leaf, 1 star anise, 4-5 Cardamom, 3 cloves 3 Dry red chilies 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds saute them well for 30 seconds Now we can mix the paste Fry till raw smell goes 1 tablespoon Red chili powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder Let this cook well 4-5 piece Paneer this is optional Now we can add the fried vegetables Now we can add required water I’m adding hot water so it will boil quickly Add required Salt I’m adding 2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi Close and cook for 4-5 minutes Our mixed vegetable gravy is ready Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and garnish with some coriander leaves Try this mixed Vegetable gravy suitable for idli, dosa, chapati, parotta in same manner and same scale of ingredients
