Mummy’s Cooking – HOW TO REDUCE CARBOHYDRATE – BREAKFAST 7 – RADISH CHAPATI / PARATHA


Reduce Carbohydrates in your usual dishes. Here Watch Radish Chapati / Paratha
Radish is good for urinary tract problem. Low in calories and Carb. Good for weight management and Diabetes
1 cup of Radish contains 4 gms of Carb
Wheat flour 1 Cup=50 gms of Carb, Almonds / Cashew Powder 1/4 cup=6 gms of Carb, Radish 1 Cup=4 gms of Carb
This healthy Chapati can be used as Breakfast as well as Dinner
Grind Radish
Take a Bowl add Wheat Flour, Almond Powder and Ground Radish and make a dough . You wont need water as Radish contains more juice. Add Salt if you want. Here I am adding 1 tbsp of flour. Rest for 10 minutes
Make small balls out of the Dough. you will get 10 Chapatis in this proportion
Roll out Chapati by dusting little flour. I am making Chapati with and without oil and you can add ghee / Butter
Heat Tawa and place the rolled Chapati on Tawa and cook for a minute and flip over. Cook well this side until you see small bubbles forming on the chapati and flip
Apply Oil on both sides and remove
Repeat the process
Healthy Radish Chapati / Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with Low Carb Vegetable to decrease the intake of Carbohydrates
