    Hello Sir, I can't able to consume sprouts, soaked groundnuts, coconut, fruits all in once for breakfast so can I take it in intervals…after eating sprouts and fruits can I give some Gap and eat groundnuts and coconut…also is it necessary to eat only 2 or 3 times per day… Can we eat fruits or healthy laddus in between whenever we feel hungry in a day… Am asking if we feel hungry after breakfast can we eat any fruit or dry nuts ladoos as a prelunch snack, same way before evening dinner can we eat any pre-dinner snack…
