Omad One Meal A Day Diet Results DAY 3 – Fasting Weight Loss Journey 2019


hi it’s Mika fasting weight loss I am on
a weight-loss journey to lose 90 pounds
I started nine months ago at two seventy
three point two my lowest weight was 201
I did not have a structured plan and I
went way back up yo-yoing all over the
place now I am focusing on consistency
of the structured fasting plan I went to
do fasting as a lifestyle I’m not sure
what kind but I’ve been doing omad one meal a diet for weight loss
since last Friday and I’m liking it a
lot the only requirement is no fast food
and one meal for the day that’s the only
requirement carbs calories bread fruit
whatever is allowed I’m gonna eat
whatever I want
however I am being mindful of carbs and
I’m trying to get in protein okay and
when this two weeks is over I’m gonna
try something else and I might choose
between those two of what I want to just
stay steady and consistent I will be
doing a 48-hour fast on the weekend
Saturday and Sunday God willing okay so
I’m gonna tell you what I ate and what
exercise I did yesterday and I’m gonna
give you my weigh-in I ate what’s in the
thumbnail and in the community tab
that’s all I’m doing it
thumbnail is the meal like the protein
part or the food part in the community
tab is the dessert that’s how I’m trying
to do this I had two pieces of baked
chicken one cup of cottage cheese and I
had ground beef I don’t know how much
that was
I want to say 3/4 cups maybe um and part
of the ground beef high goat cheese part
of the ground beef had Colby jack cheese
in the middle of the plate you see um
garlic chili sauce and barbecue sauce
that’s what I ate then I had my dessert
I think I’m having dessert daily I don’t
know let’s see I had a bowl of
strawberries whipped cream and chopped
nuts and I experimented in the
experiment did not go right at all I
tried to make the peanut butter cups
again but I added extra coconut
I’m sweetened coconut flakes mug fruit
cocoa powder chia seeds peanut butter
butter in coconut oil I wanted it to be
solid it probably wasn’t solid one
because I made it and I didn’t let it
chill long enough it did not taste the
best and I had to use a fork to eat it
because it was not even close to solid
it tasted okay one of them you see on
the plate is right because I oh I use
cacao butter as well that’s how that you
make white chocolate um it’s very low
carb and it’s not a little calorie but
it’s low carb like extremely low carb I
don’t know it was the count but that’s
why one of them are weight and yeah
that’s what I ate that’s all that ate
I’m very happy with that
like that’s controlled eating I feel
extremely full and satisfied and happy
okay if you are a binge eater or if you
are a food addict then I would try one
meal because you can have a whole bunch
of food but I would really really really
be mindful of getting in nutrients okay
like a salad and I don’t know salad and
other healthy things okay so exercise oh
boy I was now hardcore again after I
give my weigh-in I’m gonna tell you my
three belly rolls measurements and some
may understand what a belly roll is like
some a lot of people probably have this
I mean if you can see but I have the big
part well I have the top upper at the
belly button and the lower part so I
have three different measurements I took
and yeah I’m gonna tell you that after
the William okay exercise I did not go
to the gym again I did go to the water
park
I want to say thirty minutes of exercise
at the water park I don’t know if the
water park is why I’m losing this weight
or if it’s cuz there’s no fast food I’m
doing so many variables I don’t really
know why I’m losing this good weight but
I am very happy about my weight loss
again day three of my oh man one
they diet for weight loss results are to
34.4 that’s minus 2.4 again those are
the numbers I get when I don’t eat at
all that’s why that’s super exciting
okay and that’s not a lot of exercise
that’s just I don’t know how many carbs
I had but it had to be way less than 50
yeah it was probably 50 carbs I had
yesterday um let me see yeah I’m happy
with that
now my belly roll measurements I put up
here I measured the morning of day to my
upper row is 45 inches and these are
humongous numbers but I have a lot of
weight to loose like 20 I have like 51
pounds to lose so okay upper is 45 at
the belly button is 44 and 1/4 and the
lower big old piece is 48 inches
horrendous but I’m working on it um
please share what you’re doing how
everything’s going and I will see you
later or tomorrow God willing

    I do a lot of crunches and reverse crunches. I figure i have one heck of a 6 pack…. nicely protected by a keg. 🙂

    Stacking up those baby steps way to do it Mieka! It doesn't matter which parts are contributing or to what degree, it matters that you are feeling good and happy and making good choices and able to maintain them 💖🔥🌹

    Good Job Mieka, I'm doing pretty good and feeling even better. I'm on Day 11 of my water fast. I stalled for some reason yesterday and the weight didnt move one bit grrrrrr. Guess maybe im shrinking cause im for sure not eating haha. Keep pushing through!!!

    I feel great today, thick in the thigh😂 but not tired or hungry. Went shopping and didn’t even want to look around or cheat!! I was thinking of taking some measurement too. Love ya🌞💋💋

    Yes! Mieka…to eat and still get results…so good. I want to go the a water park everyday. I think the fun exercise works the best, too.

    Baked chicken/ fruits /nuts an even a salads is okay but you start experimenting and adding all kind of random things that might true off your diet a bit also exercise is never easy but i see you're determined

    Great job!!!! ive been in Mexico studying for a month(still watching you of course), and they eat alot of carbs here, like 2 at the meals sometimes. When i get back on next monday, I, like you am gonna practice consistency . I have 30 pounds to lose. I may do a initial 3 day one meal a day meat only fast to get extra fluid/inflamation off, then do OMAD. I love exercising so thats never a problem. WE CAN DO THIS!
