Welcome to Pot to Plates Kitchen, Today i am going to show one of delicious north Indian recipe, its Paneer Bhurji
I have provided the ingredients required in the description box, Please take look before start preparing the recipe.
In a heated Pan, add 2 tsp oil,1 bay leaf,1 tsp cumin seeds,1 finely chopped onions & saute well.I didn’t added ginger garlic paste, if you like add 1 tsp & saute well.
No need to fry the onion too much, just a change is fine. Add 3 finely chopped green chillies & saute well. Now add the required masalas.
Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder & saute till raw smell disappears. Maintain medium flame throughout.
Add 1 finely chopped tomato , salt and saute till the onion & tomato cooked well. Add 1/4 cup green peas, you can add capsicum too.
Once the green peas is cooked well, add 1/4 tsp garam masala & saute well. Add 250 grams crated paneer & mix it well. After adding Paneer keep the flame for 4 to 5 mins only because it cooks quickly.
This can be rolled with Chapati or used as stuffing for Bread or Dosa. This can be mixed with rice too.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves with this and mix well, Simple and tasty Paneer Bhurji is ready.
