Hi this vijaya & welcome to vijaya’s recipes Today we’ll make a snack recipe i.e Pakora Though various types of pakoras are made like Potato pakora, Onion Pakora, Spinach Pakora Today we’ll make Paneer Pakora as this is everyone’s favorite and my son’s too So let’s make Paneer Pakora, which is very easy to make, need very less time to make It also requires very less number of ingredients and get prepared very quickly too If you like our today’s recipe then do like and share this also subscribe to our channel And for more such recipes, please visit our website “vijayasrecipes.com” To make Paneer Pakora we’ve taken 300 gm Cottage Cheese, cut into square pieces 1 Cup Chickpea Flour 1 tsp Coriander Powder Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder Coriander Green Chutney, Cooking Oil & Water So let’s start making Paneer Pakora Cut the cottage cheese into square pieces Slit the pieces like this Similarly slit all the remaining cottage cheese pieces To make paneer pakora, first of all we’ll prepare its batter. So putting chickpea in a mixing bowl Salt Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Red Chilly Powder We can add Coriander leaves (optional) Mix it well Slowly add water and make its batter Here we’ve prepared the batter of pouring consistency Let it put on the side for resting Fill the chutney into cottage cheese pieces Similarly we’ll fill all the remaining cottage cheese with chutney Here we’ve applied coriander green chutney on all the cottage cheese pieces Now we’ll fry them Oil is heat up in the pan Drizzle the batter in the cooking oil to check whether oil is perfectly hot or not Oil is perfectly heat up Now we’ll fry the panner pakoras Dip the paneer piece into the batter Flip the pakora from both the sides to fry well Fry it on the low flame Our paneer pakoras are ready, similarly we’ll fry all the remaining pakoras Now we’ll fry all the remaining pakoras Paneer Pakoras are ready, we’ll take them out in a plate Here we’ve our Paneer Pakoras ready, we’ve served them with Green Coriander Chutney & Tomato Sauce
