Pork Chop Recipe Keto Diet For Beginners by MIND BLOWN CHEF 🤯


[Music] mind blown chef here with the video that’s gonna blow your mind this is cooking made simple [Applause] Oh dougie bone-in pork chops check this out four ingredients bone-in pork chop half an onion cream Parmesan mushroom and a little bit of white wine pan on throw it on high little olive oil if it starts smoking while we’re prepping everything else just come back turn it on real low we have our half onion peeled we’re gonna do small dices now with the mushroom you’re gonna cut the stem even with the mushroom and then we’re gonna come at it and you’re just gonna slice it so you have nice even slices like that now salt and pepper both sides of the pork chop a saute pan is ripping hot first step add pork chop oh yeah and we’re gonna let that get a nice color on both sides roughly about four to five minutes per side it’s a pretty thick piece of pork chop you notice a lot of fat build up in your pan just dredge your pan pour some of the fat off into a cup on the side you want the pan to try stays dry as possible if your pants starts smoking a lot go ahead kick your fan on now in my last video I showed you guys on the searing you can there’s a little trick right here see how the meats starting to cook you see the line coming up also when you start seeing a lot of blood buildup on the top that’s a good indication it’s ready to flip over so check that out all that nice color right there is intense flavor so we’re gonna go ahead and continue to cook on this side now so the pork chop is cooked on both sides we’re took it out of the pan and we have all this nice hook that we’re gonna get from the pan with the white wine but for right now we’re gonna add our onions and we want to keep this on kind of low heat at this point let the onions come to slightly translucent if you have if your pans real real dry go ahead add a little tiny bit of olive oil you don’t want too much fat because we’re gonna make a sauce now after about a minute go ahead add your mushrooms add your garlic if you notice I didn’t mention the garlic before it’s pretty much because I put garlic and everything let that cook down a little bit notice how I haven’t added any salt yet salt will actually dehydrate your vegetable so what would happen if I add salt the mushrooms will start to dredge a lot of water and the pans gonna get all soupy and wet in your mushrooms are gonna be all soggy no good ok another minute I’m gonna add my white wine we’re gonna let that reduce down to off SEC turn your fire back on high so you can reduce the wine down faster it pans almost to off SEC we’re gonna go ahead and we’re gonna lower our heat down to low and then you’re gonna hit it with cream and you’re gonna hit it with parmesan we’re gonna let the parmesan melt down a little and let everything kind of mix together and then we’re gonna put our pork chop back in and finish cooking the pork chop inside the sauce now pork chop you can cook medium rare medium whatever temperature you like I personally like it it cook to a medium so I’m gonna go ahead and cook this for another about 4 minutes all right so see how we got these nice bubbles everything’s on low we don’t want to boil our cream we just want to slowly keep cooking our pork chop in the cream go ahead and taste it right now if you need to add salt pepper go ahead add salt pepper now so see the blood is starting to build up again go ahead and flip it over and finish cooking on this side all done we’re gonna put it on our plate put our homemade mushroom cream sauce right on top that’s a job thanks for watching guys I hope you enjoyed the video if you did thumbs up subscribe and leave some comments down below on dishes that you want to cook that we could cook together thanks for watching [Music]
