Spontaneous Keto Cheese Tacos | Low Carb Taco Shells Recipe

This is a bit of spontaneous lunch
inspiration, so I didn’t know what to
have for lunch today I had leftover
roast chicken, I had spinach, I had
cheese in the fridge and so I’m making a
bit of a cheese Taco in the middle of
there, so I just popped heaps of grated
cheese and I’m going to let it melt and
crisp and just go until I’m happy and in
the meantime I’m going to heat up the
chicken on the side and just heat it
until it’s cooked, reduce all that
spinach and I’m going to make a bit of a
taco, let’s just see how it goes, that is
my cheese taco and while still
cooling we’re just going to try and kind
of fold it a little bit gently, it’s kind
of a bit malleable still, okay, and I’m
going to fill that with my chicken, what
a fun spontaneous lunch, so glad I’m
filming to share this random just fun,
there you go I’ve got it folded over and
I filled it with my chicken and spinach and
I’m just going to top it with maybe a
bit of mayo or sour cream and that’s it

    I tried making taco shells out of cheese about 10 times I cant get it right lol love yr channal

    Yes, I do cheese tacos often with chicken, beef or pork. The variations are endless! I like to do mine with cheddar or parm but I always make them on a paper plate in the microwave. The time depends on the type of cheese. I also do my cheese crisps and pepperoni snacks in the microwave!. Easy -peasy! The cheese crisps are good with a shake of Italian seasoningย  before cooking or go hot with cayenne or chili powder!

    Looks great. I made spicy pulled pork tacos that were amazing. I used shard cheddar and it was a bit over powering. So I'll try something else next time.

    I like to make the cheese taco and cut in wedges to use as tortilla chips. Sometimes I only cook them on one side and leave the top a little melty and gooey to satisfy my mac and cheese craving. Because cauliflower mac and cheese just isn't my thing.
